Selected projects

A curated review of applied business initiatives, organizational frameworks, and entrepreneurial projects. Each case demonstrates practical experience in business analysis, administrative coordination, and strategic problem-solving.

Entrepreneurship & Self-Employment

Developed and managed an independent photography practice, combining creative production with business organization and client services.

My responsibilities include communicating with clients, planning photography sessions, coordinating schedules, establishing service packages, managing project timelines, and delivering completed work.

This experience has strengthened my ability to work independently, organize multiple responsibilities, respond to individual client needs, and manage projects from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Business Analysis & Quality Evaluation

Conducted an academic research project examining service quality and organizational improvement.

Applied the SERVQUAL framework and explored Total Quality Management (TQM) and ISO 9001 principles. Collected and analyzed survey responses, organized research findings, and developed recommendations for improving service quality.

The project strengthened my skills in research methodology, data interpretation, report writing, and evidence-based evaluation.

YESS Program & Independent Review

Developing an independent review of an employment readiness training program, focusing on program structure, participant experience, communication, and the transition from classroom learning to practical employment opportunities.

The project applies concepts from service quality evaluation and organizational analysis to identify strengths, potential gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Independent educational analysis; not an official program evaluation.
